With the option to add crest prints, front prints, and back prints to these apparel styles, you can now break up your design elements to create a truly unique graphic look that’ll excite fans of your brand.
Let’s take a look at the ways shop owners have already applied front and back prints to their sweatshirts, pullovers, and zip-ups. Then, we’ll show you how to add additional print locations to your own Fleece Apparel in just a few simple steps.
Available for Nine Styles of Fleece
At Artist Shops, sweatshirts, pullover hoodies, and zip-up hoodies come in three different material blends and fits you can offer in your apparel selection. Without getting too granular, here’s a quick overview of these styles:
- French Terry: soft and lightweight material, slimmer fit
- Classic Fleece: thicker material, looser fit (available in sizes up to 5XL)
- Sponge Fleece: super-soft premium material, slimmer fit
When uploading double-sided designs to your shop, we highly recommend applying them to all fleece styles. The more variety you offer, the more you’ll cater to the unique style preferences of your customers.
The examples below feature full back prints as well as crest prints featuring the artist’s logo, complementary text, or an isolated piece of the back print. As you look through the examples, think of ways you might employ a similar approach to your own double-sided designs.

How to Add Additional Print Locations to Fleece Apparel
It only takes minutes to create and publish Double-Sided Fleece Apparel for your Artist Shop. Just follow one of the two methods below.
Method 1: Apply your existing double-sided designs to Fleece Apparel.
Do you already have Double-Sided Tees in your shop? If so, use the Backfill Products button on the Product Management page to “backfill” any products with multiple print locations you’ve already set up. Clicking the button will activate similar colors and add any crest and/or back print design files available.
Repeat this process for each Fleece style you wish to add. Learn more about backfilling products here.
Method 2: Add new double-sided designs to Fleece Apparel.
When adding new products to your shop, you’ll find the option to add crest, back, and alternate front prints under the Apparel dropdown. From there, you can upload your print files and choose which print location you want to offer for your customers.
